This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Identify, recruit, and expand partnerships with GSIs globally (Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Wipro, etc.) to ensure consistent activation across various regions.
• Create and implement collaborative business plans with GSI partners, aligning on market strategies, solution roadmaps, consumption goals, and account pursuits by industry and region.
• Develop consumption programs for Parloa solutions by integrating our Conversational and Agentic AI capabilities into large-scale transformation initiatives led by GSIs.
• Design and package joint intellectual property and industry-specific offerings that merge Parloa’s AI platform with GSI expertise to tackle vertical use cases (e.g., banking compliance, telco customer experience, healthcare automation).
• Facilitate GSI partner success by coordinating sales, solution engineering, product, and enablement teams to expedite onboarding, training, and certification processes.
• Ensure the global scalability of GSI partnerships by replicating best practices, promoting knowledge-sharing, and establishing repeatable frameworks across regions.
• Cultivate relationships with C-level executives within GSIs to obtain executive sponsorship, joint investments, and long-term strategic alignment.
• Work collaboratively across Parloa Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to guarantee the seamless integration of GSI-led opportunities into Parloa’s growth strategy.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic alliance management, partner sales, or managing GSI relationships in the enterprise software or SaaS sector.
• Previous experience working at or with SAP AG is highly valued and differentiating due to the recently announced partnership.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling GSI alliances globally that yield measurable revenue, consumption, and market effect.
• Strong connections within leading GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, etc.).
• Expertise in Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and Customer Experience transformation — capable of clearly communicating Parloa’s unique value proposition to GSIs and their clients.
• Experience in designing joint intellectual property and vertical-specific solutions with GSIs.
• Strong business acumen: proficient in constructing and negotiating joint go-to-market agreements, revenue models, and consumption-based incentives.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to executive leadership.
• Strategic thinker with operational discipline: adept at balancing long-term alliance development with immediate sales execution.
