This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and lead the roadmap for demand and supply growth in collaboration with the Head of Talent Growth.
• Convert strategy into actionable execution plans, assigning owners, establishing timelines, and defining measurable outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize significant growth opportunities within the Demand and Supply verticals.
• Oversee growth operations, focusing on funnel optimization, automation efforts, and the transition from marketing to sales.
• Manage cross-functional programs across product-led, operations-led, and marketing-led growth initiatives.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving: formulate hypotheses, conduct experiments, assess impact, and adapt swiftly.
• Ensure alignment and accountability among Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Sales stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor growth metrics, dashboards, and reports for monthly business reviews.
• Enhance the quality and efficiency of growth funnels, systems, and processes.
• Engage hands-on with analytics, marketing technology, strategy, and execution when necessary.
• 3–4 years of experience in high-growth startups, strategy, operations, or consulting; experience with ambitious growth targets or OKRs is preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities; adept at working with data, deriving insights, and converting them into execution plans. Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-structuring and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a strong sense of ownership.
• Effective communicator capable of aligning teams, setting expectations, and ensuring accountability among owners.
