This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Implement a TikTok Shop affiliate strategy and/or social ambassador program that aligns with brand goals, emphasizing the maximization of partnerships and revenue through daily outreach via the TikTok Shop Affiliate center.
• Oversee the affiliate messaging system and manage Discord communities to foster ongoing, mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Coordinate social commerce initiatives across platforms such as TikTok and Meta, including the establishment and continuous optimization of social shops to boost conversions and generate revenue for clients.
• Monitor and report key performance metrics, such as GMV, response rate, and program growth; develop affiliate commission strategies and analyze overall profitability. Create forecasts and objectives for clients based on historical performance data.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance, insights, and optimization recommendations to guarantee client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends and platform updates, actively pursuing new opportunities and innovative strategies to improve the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and social commerce initiatives.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance and streamline business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it pertains to your department.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proactive in staying updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and platform developments in the social media arena; must provide examples of how this knowledge has been applied to enhance strategies.
• Comfortable and familiar with navigating and utilizing various TikTok tools within their commerce suite; must have experience with the Affiliate management system.
• Solid understanding of the social ambassador ecosystem with proven experience in at least one sub-affiliate program; experience with Impact is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in managing social media strategies for multiple clients across diverse industries, showcasing adaptability and versatility.
• Capable of analyzing campaign data effectively, extracting actionable insights, and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
• Previous experience in managing social commerce initiatives, including the setup and optimization of social shops on platforms like TikTok and Meta, to drive revenue and conversions.
• Proven proficiency in managing influencer campaigns aimed at specific performance metrics such as conversions, click-through rates, and ROI.
• Highly self-motivated, able to work independently to develop, execute, and manage social media strategies while delivering outstanding results.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.
