This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• You will be responsible for defining the growth strategy and ensuring its impact on our clients.
• You will design the growth plan and prioritize the levers with the greatest potential to achieve business objectives autonomously.
• You will correlate growth objectives with the business model, organizational structure, and competitive dynamics of the client.
• You will adapt strategies to the specifics of the client and their market segment.
• You will lead the creation of comprehensive, validated, and prioritized growth strategies.
• You will make strategic decisions autonomously, combining data, client needs, and team capabilities.
• You will lead the definition and monitoring of objectives and KPIs for each project.
• You will adjust the strategy based on results and identify patterns of improvement or risk.
• You will lead the coordination of the internal team and establish clear priorities.
• You will proactively monitor project health metrics and anticipate risks.
• 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience leading digital growth strategies, analytics, or business consulting in dynamic environments.
• Ability to adapt methodologies to the client based on their business model and objectives, challenging established structures when inefficiencies are identified.
• Decision-making 100% based on data.
• Skill in creating dashboards and in-depth analyses that connect KPIs with proposed strategic hypotheses.
• Designing tailored strategies for various business models (SaaS, E-commerce, Marketplaces, etc.), with a clear understanding of how tactical decisions affect profitability and scalability.
• Ability to automate internal processes and create complex workflows that optimize team efficiency and precise client tracking.
• Autonomous integration of frameworks (Hooked, Growth Loops, JTBD, etc.) into the client's strategy, knowing exactly when to apply each one.
• Creation of well-supported projections, prioritization of opportunities based on their economic impact, and expert interpretation of market reports.
