This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Implement a TikTok Shop affiliate strategy and/or social ambassador program that aligns with brand goals, concentrating on maximizing partnerships and revenue, including daily outreach to affiliates via the TikTok Shop Affiliate center.
• Oversee the affiliate messaging system and manage Discord communities to foster ongoing partnerships that are beneficial for all parties involved.
• Direct social commerce initiatives across platforms such as TikTok and Meta, including the establishment and ongoing optimization of social shops to boost conversions and drive revenue for clients.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including GMV, response rates, and program growth; create affiliate commission strategies and assess overall profitability. Develop forecasts and goals for clients based on historical data.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates, actively pursuing new opportunities and innovative strategies to improve the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and social commerce initiatives.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance and streamline business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it pertains to your department.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media (agency experience is preferred).
• A proactive approach to staying updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates in the social media landscape, including examples of applying this knowledge to enhance strategies.
• Comfort and familiarity with navigating and utilizing the various TikTok tools within their commerce suite, including experience with the Affiliate management system.
• A solid understanding of the social ambassador ecosystem and proven experience in at least one sub-affiliate program; bonus points for experience with Impact.
• A proven track record of effectively managing social media strategies for multiple clients across various industries, showcasing adaptability and versatility.
• Ability to analyze campaign data accurately, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and meet client objectives.
• Previous experience managing social commerce initiatives, including setting up and optimizing social shops on platforms like TikTok and Meta to drive revenue and conversions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing influencer campaigns focused on achieving specific performance metrics such as conversions, click-through rates, and ROI.
