This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Identifying and assessing opportunities for conversion, upselling, and cross-selling within the current free and paying customer segments.
• Informing customers about additional features, upgraded plans, or complementary products.
• Creating a qualified pipeline for expansion and transferring opportunities to Sales or Account Executives.
• Assisting with lifecycle and expansion campaigns through targeted outreach and follow-up efforts.
• Collaborating with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing on campaigns, messaging strategies, and customer journeys.
• Keeping accurate records in CRM systems, documenting conversations, results, and customer feedback.
• Proactively contacting customers who exhibit churn risk, low engagement, or product-related challenges.
• Re-engaging inactive or at-risk accounts through emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Gathering and sharing insights on churn and objections with Customer Success, Product, and Growth teams.
• Utilizing CRM and product usage indicators to prioritize accounts and determine appropriate actions.
• Continuously enhancing processes based on data analysis and feedback.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth positions.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, Italian, and a third European language, preferably German or Spanish.
• Comfortable engaging with customers through email, calls, and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and listening abilities, coupled with a consultative approach.
• Data-driven mindset with a curiosity for understanding product usage and lifecycle indicators.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (experience with HubSpot or similar is preferred).
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international team setting.
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS is considered a significant advantage.
• An interest in privacy, compliance, or technology products is a plus.
