This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Identifying and assessing opportunities for conversion, upselling, and cross-selling within both the existing free and paying customer segments;
• Educating clients about additional features, upgraded plans, or complementary products;
• Creating a qualified expansion pipeline and transferring opportunities to Sales or Account Executives;
• Supporting lifecycle and expansion initiatives through targeted outreach and follow-up;
• Collaborating with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and customer journeys;
• Ensuring CRM data accuracy by documenting conversations, outcomes, and customer feedback;
• Testing and refining outreach sequences, messaging, and engagement strategies.
• Proactively contacting customers at risk of churn, with low engagement, or experiencing product friction;
• Re-engaging inactive or at-risk accounts through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
• Recognizing customer needs and effectively positioning the appropriate plan, features, or products to retain them;
• Gathering and sharing insights on churn and objections with the Customer Success, Product, and Growth teams.
• Utilizing CRM and product usage signals to prioritize accounts and actions;
• Monitoring outreach performance, retention impact, and contributions to the expansion pipeline;
• Continually enhancing processes based on data and feedback.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth roles;
• Exceptional communication skills in English and a second European language, preferably Italian, German, or Spanish;
• Comfortable engaging with customers through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn;
• Strong communication and listening abilities, along with a consultative approach;
• Data-driven mindset and a curiosity for product usage and lifecycle indicators;
• Experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot or similar);
• Ability to work independently within a remote, international team;
• Experience in B2B SaaS is a significant advantage;
• Interest in privacy, compliance, or technology products is a plus.
