This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Identify ideal customer profiles (ICP) and target accounts.
• Develop a prospect database utilizing AI and various tools.
• Formulate recommendations for offers, positioning, and pricing.
• Design landing pages, sales funnels, and scheduling workflows.
• Generate outreach sequences via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Initiate and oversee both outbound and inbound lead generation processes.
• Engage with leads to qualify potential opportunities.
• Schedule meetings with leadership and recruiting teams.
• Monitor and report all key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis.
• Continuously enhance conversion rates.
• Transform your sector into a sustainable revenue-generating entity.
• Proven track record in establishing lead generation systems from the ground up (not merely executing tasks within an existing framework).
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to generate marketing content, outreach, or workflows.
• Experience in creating at least one of the following:
• Landing pages or sales funnels.
• Outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Marketing content (ads, videos, posts, or campaigns).
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools like:
• CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.).
• Automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
• AI content generation tools (video, copy, or design).
• Proven background in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive outreach messages.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and weekly reporting.
• Ability to work autonomously and execute tasks without constant supervision.
• Must be comfortable with U.S. time zone overlap (minimum of 4 hours in Central Time).
• Reliable internet connection and capability to participate in daily huddles and weekly meetings.
• Strongly Preferred (not mandatory):
• Experience in coaching, consulting, or training businesses.
• Background in staffing, recruiting, or outsourcing services.
• Experience within the legal, accounting, healthcare, franchise, or local service sectors.
• Familiarity with running paid advertisements or constructing marketing funnels.
• Experience in managing or optimizing conversion rates.
• Not a fit if:
• You require daily step-by-step instructions.
• You shy away from sales discussions.
• You prefer planning over execution.
• You are not comfortable with KPIs or accountability.
• You feel overwhelmed by uncertainty.
• Salary of $1,250 per month during the first 90 days.
• Salary of $1,500 per month thereafter.
• Performance-based bonuses (significant upside potential).
• In addition to the base salary, this position offers multiple tiers of performance-based bonuses.
• If successful, you could earn an average of $3,000 USD per month by the end of 2026!
• $1,000 bonus opportunity in the first 90 days:
• $250 for achieving the 30-day launch milestone.
• $250 for reaching the 60-day traction milestone.
• $500 for completing the 90-day revenue and system milestone.
