
Growth Product Manager – Web Funnel, CRO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of the web funnel, including landing pages, paywalls, checkout processes, and subscription workflows.
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests from start to finish (hypothesis creation → setup → statistical significance analysis → rollout).
• Create and manage a backlog of hypotheses, prioritizing them based on anticipated impact.
• Enhance pricing strategies, paywall structures, and subscription offers (trials, plans, upsells).
• Collaborate with acquisition teams to ensure funnel modifications align with traffic sources and campaign strategies.
• Monitor funnel metrics (CR, ARPU, LTV, trial-to-paid conversion, churn rates) and provide reports on test outcomes.
• Over 3 years of experience in conversion rate optimization for web products and funnels.
• Practical experience in A/B testing, particularly related to web payments and subscriptions, with a solid understanding of checkout, billing, trials, and renewals.
• In-depth knowledge of traffic sources and paid acquisition strategies (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and their impact on funnel performance.
• Demonstrated ability to generate hypotheses and successfully implement winning tests.
• Data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience using product analytics tools (like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar), funnel metrics, and fundamental statistics (such as sample size and significance).
• Experience working collaboratively with development teams.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to operate independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Comfort with taking ownership, demonstrating transparency, and maintaining a results-oriented approach.
• Nice to Have: Experience with subscription applications, SaaS, or consumer web products; familiarity with payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Paddle); basic SQL knowledge or experience with BI tools.
