📋 Description

• Take charge of conversion optimization across crucial funnel surfaces, including both paid and organic landing pages, intake flows, and pre-visit interactions.

• Lead funnel-level qualitative research by recruiting and interviewing patients, synthesizing insights into testable hypotheses, and ensuring that learnings are disseminated throughout the team.

• Work collaboratively across departments with Product, Data, and Design to ensure that experiments align with the broader objectives of the company.

• Maintain a prioritized backlog for conversion rate optimization (CRO) that is linked to business outcomes rather than merely the volume of ideas.

• Collaborate closely with channel managers (such as those for Meta and Google Ads) to ensure consistent messaging across the entire funnel.

• Develop and implement experiments directly using Webflow.

• Design, launch, and evaluate experiments through Statsig.

• Convert experiment results into actionable insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices within the CRO domain. Continuously look for opportunities to enhance the experience for both patients and advocates through innovative strategies and technology.

• Contribute to the evolution of Solace’s experimentation culture by refining frameworks, documentation, and decision-making standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–4 years of practical experience in CRO, preferably within a lead-generation or sales-assisted funnel.

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional partners (e.g., product, design, analytics) to execute seamless, impactful tests.

• Ability to identify patient needs through qualitative research and translate those insights into experiments that enhance the patient journey.

• Expertise in data interpretation, reporting, and optimization; comfortable using dashboards or generating reports to extract insights.

• Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation design, and statistical significance.

• Proficient in Webflow, with the capability to build and iterate independently.

• Familiarity with experimentation tools like Statsig (or similar platforms).

• Comfortable collaborating within design tools such as Figma.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tests concurrently.

• A proactive approach — you act quickly, make informed decisions, and excel under tight deadlines.

• Candidates must be located in the United States.
