This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement digital marketing campaigns, managing all stages from planning to execution.

• Administer operational processes, including ticket generation and tracking, email dispatches, and readiness validation for launches.

• Collaborate with various teams to guarantee timely campaign launches.

• Perform comprehensive quality assurance and address operational challenges prior to and during launches.

• Collaborate with the BMP Analytics team to define and segment target audiences.

• Ensure accurate application of customer data and segments within campaigns.

• Partner with Engineering to manage configuration, testing, experimentation, and measurement of results.

• Assist in A/B testing and growth experimentation initiatives.

• Manage the localization and adaptation of campaigns for various markets and regions.

• Equip Customer Support teams for new launches by developing materials, FAQs, instructions, and documentation.

• Create, document, and enhance scalable processes for campaign operations.

• Focus on workflow automation and maintain ongoing programs in Marketo, as well as data-driven campaigns in Salesforce.

• Identify and suggest improvements to minimize manual tasks, errors, and execution time, while enhancing quality, speed, and efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, Digital Marketing, Growth Operations, or Project Management.

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, particularly Marketo.

• Proficient in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.

• Experience in coordinating and executing digital marketing campaigns.

• Understanding of audience segmentation methodologies and campaign operations.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple initiatives at once.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and teams.

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and focused on execution.

• Mindset geared towards continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and collaborate with multiple teams.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
