Growth Product Expert – Loyalty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Create and provide engaging, hands-on experiences that customers will interact with regularly.

• Collaborate closely with the Subscriptions Tribe to implement strategies that enhance customer retention.

• Oversee subscription growth experiments for Club, Autoship, Shaperbox, and Credits.

• Analyze and refine subscription journeys, including onboarding, renewal, and cancellation processes.

• Implement data-driven initiatives with defined KPIs and disseminate insights via dashboards and reports.

• Work alongside Product, Marketing, CX, BI, and Tech teams to synchronize roadmap priorities.

• Develop innovative retention strategies and personalized flows informed by customer feedback.

• Foster influencer and ambassador-style engagement by ensuring community-driven initiatives align with customer needs.

• Employ agile methodologies to maintain accountability within squads and alleviate operational burdens for Tribe leadership.

• Identify and scale successful pilots into comprehensive playbooks for global markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Growth/Product within e-commerce or SaaS environments.

• A strong growth marketing orientation: formulates hypotheses, conducts rapid testing, and iterates on a weekly basis.

• Proficient in cohort analysis, dashboards, churn, and retention metrics.

• Execution-focused: adept at implementing no-code pilots, building flows, and triggering CRM actions.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills: able to document asynchronously and narrate insights using data.

• Familiarity with subscriptions or loyalty programs; a willingness to develop deeper technical and financial skills on the job.

• Basic knowledge of agile methodologies with a readiness to take on squad leadership roles.
