This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Craft the user experience that transforms new signups into regular learners and ultimately into paying customers.
• Develop systems that guide users from their initial interaction through to repeat sessions and payment decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the core B2C user experience, particularly in activation and monetization.
• Design and execute data-driven experiments focusing on activation, multi-day engagement, and conversion across different learner segments.
• Quickly prototype, A/B test, and iterate alongside cross-functional teams based on hypotheses and evidence.
• Contribute to the formation of squad strategy in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Convert behavioral data, room and path analytics, and user feedback into effective design solutions.
• Perform user research and usability testing centered on onboarding, path selection, and paywall interactions.
• Work together with Content Design on rooms, feature descriptions, and messaging for conversion.
• Establish design standards for activation and monetization within the core learning experience.
• Articulate design vision and rationale to stakeholders, including the CEO and Head of Product.
• Incorporate AI and emerging technologies to enhance validation, discovery, and prototyping processes.
• A minimum of 2 years of product design experience, preferably in consumer growth roles.
• High energy level and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to focus on outcomes rather than just screens.
• A deep commitment to clarity and user experience.
• Excellent collaboration skills with Product Management, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to expedite prototyping.
• Experience with analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Strong product thinking and a solid product sense.
• Capability to form clear opinions and take ownership of decisions.
• Ability to present work early, iterate swiftly, and refine based on feedback.
• Proficient in communicating design thinking and rationales effectively.
