Growth Portfolio Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Define the vision and take ownership of the strategy. Develop an engaging and forward-thinking global vision for circular systems and resource recovery that encompasses the entire reverse value chain.

• Explore the landscape. Keep a thorough and constantly updated insight into the geopolitical, regulatory, and market dynamics influencing circular systems across various regions.

• Understand our clients' landscape. Cultivate a deep, ongoing awareness of the challenges your clients face across different sectors.

• Move beyond presentations — create, experiment, and scale. We dive into the details and commit fully — assisting clients in innovating, testing, learning, and implementing solutions.

• Develop infrastructure and enhance secondary markets. Identify and pursue opportunities to design and establish regional recovery centers.

• Drive business growth. Take charge of revenue targets, pipeline management, and forecasting for the portfolio.

• Foster connections throughout the organization. Collaborate across Anthesis business units, locations, and sector teams to unlock client value that wouldn't be achievable in isolation.

• Build and lead a high-performing team. Guide a diverse group of senior technical specialists.

• Represent Anthesis at the highest levels. Serve as the senior external representative of Anthesis's capabilities in circular systems and resource recovery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in sustainability consulting or industry, with extensive domain knowledge.

• Experience in professional services/consulting (familiarity with utilization, margins, and practice growth).

• A well-established industry network providing immediate credibility and access to opportunities.

• A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

• Languages: Proficiency in English is required; an additional European language is a plus.

• Global Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client engagements and leadership activities.
