This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and implement local growth strategies throughout the Philippines.
• Lead customer acquisition initiatives targeting freelancers, creators, remote workers, and global professionals.
• Discover scalable growth opportunities across both online and offline channels.
• Enhance user activation and retention within the Philippine market.
• Contribute to the expansion of key Raenest products, such as: Global Accounts, USD Cards, Stablecoins, and International Transfers.
• Establish connections with: Freelance communities, Creator communities, Startup ecosystems, Universities, Coworking spaces, Tech and Stablecoins groups, as well as Employer, payroll, and BPO platforms.
• Identify strategic alliances that can foster awareness, trust, and distribution.
• Assist in partnership discussions, negotiations, activations, and follow-ups.
• Help enhance Raenest’s local community presence both online and offline.
• Organize meetups, webinars, workshops, creator sessions, and ecosystem events.
• Collaborate with creators, influencers, and community leaders to boost visibility.
• Aid in localizing Raenest’s messaging and positioning for the Philippine audience.
• Collect customer insights and market feedback to refine campaigns and improve product experience.
• Monitor local market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
• Track campaign performance and partnership results.
• Provide weekly growth updates and actionable market insights.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance the customer experience for users in the Philippines.
• 3–4 years of experience in growth, partnerships, business development, community engagement, or marketing roles.
• In-depth understanding of the Philippine digital economy.
• Experience collaborating with startups, fintechs, creator tools, stablecoin companies, or digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to execute plans.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic startup environment.
• Proven experience in growing communities or partnerships in the Philippines.
• Familiarity with fintech, remittance, payments, stablecoins, or products related to the creator economy.
• Existing connections within freelance, startup, creator, or tech ecosystems.
• Experience collaborating remotely with international teams.
