This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing the onboarding process for new clients while assisting current clients with their requests for products and services;
• Aiding in the daily management of client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction;
• Managing a portfolio that includes new business targets, active accounts, and those that have lapsed;
• Regularly engaging with the Growth Team to evaluate client needs and challenges;
• Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting client performance data to spot trends;
• Developing and executing new procedures to enhance client onboarding, support and engagement, as well as internal collaboration to support Growth Team objectives;
• Working collaboratively with teams in Marketing, Product, SMS, and Strategic Services to guarantee smooth client experiences;
• Partnering with client teams, including technology and creative resources when necessary, to help manage project timelines and resources;
• Leading or assisting in projects focused on enhancing client success outcomes, from initial scoping to successful execution.
• A genuine passion for good causes, whether related to candidates or others;
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in political, nonprofit, or similar agency environments in areas such as digital communications, fundraising, operations, client success, or marketing, with a foundational understanding of business development, sales, and revenue generation;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• A client-focused approach;
• Proficient writing and editing capabilities;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to convert data into actionable insights;
• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment;
• Detail-oriented with a strong dedication to accuracy;
• Experience in project management;
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team, both internally and externally.
