Growth Partner Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage all relationships with channels, referrals, and strategic partners.

• Build and expand a high-performing partner ecosystem that drives pipeline and revenue growth.

• Act as the main point of contact for partner communication, enablement, and relationship management.

• Develop collaborative go-to-market initiatives, co-selling strategies, events, and partner campaigns.

• Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners that align with the company's growth objectives.

• Monitor partner performance, pipeline contributions, and revenue impacts.

• Create scalable processes for partnerships, reporting systems, and operating cadences.

• Collect market insights and pinpoint new strategic partnership opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales roles.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing, managing, and expanding revenue-generating partnerships within healthcare, SaaS, digital health, or high-growth startup settings.

• Strong skills in relationship-building and stakeholder management.

• Experience in owning or contributing to pipeline generation and revenue growth targets.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Experience in healthcare or digital health is highly preferred.
