This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Strategize, implement, and enhance paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.

• Take charge of the entire funnel: landing pages, forms, email nurturing, and follow-up automation.

• Establish and manage tracking mechanisms using GA4, pixels, and UTMs.

• Ensure accurate CRM attribution is maintained.

• Provide weekly reports on expenditures, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and upcoming adjustments.

• Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, offers, and web pages.

• Utilize AI tools for copywriting, creative variations, and performance analysis.

• Collaborate directly with the founder on setting goals and budgetary allocations.

• Oversee paid acquisition strategies and the funnel for a small US-based business, from advertisement to scheduled calls.

• Assess outcomes in terms of leads generated, cost per acquisition, and revenue accrued.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid media for US companies.

• Demonstrable results: account performance, expenditure levels, and quantifiable outcomes.

• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and a CRM/email platform (such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp).

• C1 level English proficiency, with the ability to present results effectively during calls.

• Preferred: experience with local services, medical spas, B2B, or financial services.

• Preferred: familiarity with Webflow or Unbounce.

• Preferred: experience using Zapier.

• Ideal candidate may have managed over $100K/month in spend, possess full-funnel ownership, and have documented reductions in CPA.
