This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and oversee the integrated program plan across numerous significant initiatives, monitoring work-streams, milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, and status across more than a dozen functional teams.
• Bridge strategic growth initiatives with operational realities, ensuring that subsequent product, billing, and communication modifications align with marketing and user-acquisition objectives.
• Facilitate alignment and sequencing of workflows among Operations, Product, Clinical, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Client Success teams.
• Establish and uphold governance structures, including steering committee schedules, working group charters, escalation procedures, and decision logs. Conduct weekly rollout operations meetings.
• Propel critical readiness items to completion, such as clinical programs/protocols, client billing/invoicing, member communications, outcomes measurement, and service model cost structures.
• Identify, highlight, and escalate cross-functional bottlenecks promptly. Maintain an ongoing "blocked list" for executive review and recognize when to engage executive sponsorship to resolve issues.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business or Communications.
• Over 5 years of experience in program/project management, operations, or implementation. A proven history in a growth-stage startup environment (Series B–D) and participation in at least one complex, multi-workstream organizational transformation.
• Direct experience in healthcare, health tech, or digital health is essential. A solid understanding of regulatory, clinical, and payer dynamics (including HIPAA compliance) is necessary to ask pertinent questions.
• Practical experience with product rollouts or product-led transformations—you understand the transition from "product is building it" to "the organization is operating it."
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Google Workspace). Experience with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to enhance operational workflows is an advantage.
• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities. Capable of summarizing complex, multi-thread operational statuses into concise executive updates. You maintain a composed and collected demeanor, building trust through reliability rather than formal authority.
• Competitive salary with performance bonuses.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
• Flexible working hours and remote work options.
• Collaborative and inclusive company culture.
