Growth & Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Assisting in the growth and operational initiatives throughout the organization

• Enhancing workflows and minimizing repetitive manual tasks

• Utilizing AI tools to accelerate execution and problem resolution

• Investigating and adopting improved systems and processes

• Collaborating with CRMs, lead/account data, and operational tools

• Enriching, organizing, and maintaining data as necessary

• Creating lightweight automations and AI-assisted workflows

• Conducting experiments and testing new ideas/tools

• Providing support for outbound or operational tasks as needed

• Taking ownership of complex issues and addressing them proactively

⛳️ Requirements

• Internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in startups, growth, operations, GTM, or related fields

• Highly proactive and resourceful

• Comfortable with self-directed learning

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Capable of thriving in fast-paced startup environments

• At ease with ambiguity and shifting priorities

• Strong attention to detail

• A tendency towards action and execution

• ** AI Requirements**

• Being AI-forward is essential for this position.

• You should already be at ease with:

• - Utilizing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, etc.

• - Employing AI to address operational and workflow challenges

• - Engaging with MCPs, AI tools, and integrations

• - Developing lightweight tools/workflows with AI support like Claude Code

• - Automating repetitive tasks wherever feasible

• - Quickly learning new tools without needing constant assistance

• We seek someone who inherently considers:

• “How can this be accomplished more quickly, intelligently, or efficiently?”

• **Nice to Have:**

• - Familiarity with tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Smartlead, Notion, Airtable, Customer.io, etc.

• - Experience with automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make

• - Experience supporting startup growth or operational functions

• - Comfort in working across various business areas rather than a single, narrow role
