Growth Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders in Growth and Business Development to facilitate strategic planning and execution initiatives.

• Evaluate markets, partners, competitive trends, and pipeline opportunities to pinpoint areas for future expansion.

• Oversee and enhance Salesforce CRM data, reporting, and operational processes.

• Create dashboards, reports, and executive-level insights that promote informed decision-making.

• Construct financial models and strategic analyses to aid internal planning and partnership opportunities.

• Identify and introduce AI-enabled workflow enhancements that boost efficiency and minimize manual tasks.

• Assist in resource allocation decisions by analyzing market opportunities, business performance, and organizational priorities.

• Work in collaboration with teams across Business Development, Marketing, Partner Success, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

• Act as a crucial operational resource for the daily needs of the Growth organization and special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Healthcare Management, or a similar discipline.

• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, business analytics, or another highly analytical business setting.

• Experience in supporting Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Development, or other commercial functions.

• Skilled in developing, managing, and optimizing CRM platforms, with preference for Salesforce experience.

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, planning, and analytical capabilities.

• Proven ability to address complex business challenges using a data-driven approach and convert insights into actionable recommendations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to effectively convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience utilizing AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance reporting, analytics, workflow efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

• Familiarity with healthcare organizations, provider groups, value-based care organizations, health technology companies, healthcare startups, or other healthcare-adjacent sectors is preferred.

• Previous experience in a consulting, startup, health tech, or other high-growth environments where strategic thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving are vital for success.
