This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING, you embody your expertise with enthusiasm and foresight.
• Your primary responsibility as a learning facilitator is to enhance the skills of course participants.
• You promote active interaction with the learning materials and their practical implementation in the WBS LearnSpace 3D ®.
• You inspire participants and create a positive environment for learning and collaboration.
• You perform assessments to evaluate competency improvements.
• Several years of practical experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance.
• Experience in scaling campaigns or growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, funnel logic, and optimization techniques.
• Background in startups, scaleups, or digitally-oriented companies.
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C environments, depending on the target audience.
• Documented case studies or measurable outcomes.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, CRM, and Data teams.
• Solid hands-on experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Familiarity with areas such as funnel optimization, A/B testing, analytics, or marketing automation.
• Proficiency with common tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM systems, etc.).
• Strong instructional and didactic abilities.
• Professional experience as an online trainer in adult education.
• Utilization of innovative methods to engage learners effectively.
• An independent, organized working style with a high level of personal accountability.
• Preferred: evidence of pedagogical qualifications (e.g., AEVO trainer certification, Train-the-Trainer).
