• Implement and support paid media initiatives across designated markets, which includes campaign setup, quality assurance, launch, monitoring, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
• Oversee daily campaign operations on global performance platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other pertinent regional paid media channels.
• Establish campaign frameworks, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, creative rotations, tracking parameters, and platform configurations based on approved growth strategies.
• Daily monitor campaign performance and identify issues related to spend pacing, delivery, tracking, creative fatigue, audience performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other essential KPIs.
• Assist in optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve targets such as new customer acquisition, revenue, ROAS, CAC, lifetime value (LTV), payback period, contribution margin, and conversion rate.
• Provide support for budget pacing and reallocation suggestions across markets, platforms, campaigns, ad groups, audiences, and creative assets.
• Aid in structured testing roadmaps involving creative, audience segments, bids, landing pages, campaign structures, offers, localization, and platform features.
• Coordinate performance creative workflows, which encompass briefing, asset trafficking, localization, naming conventions, version control, approvals, uploads, and post-launch performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with creative, localization, and regional teams to ensure ads are accurate, culturally relevant, compliant with platform standards, and meet performance testing requirements.
• Analyze performance creative by format, hook, messaging, offer, language, market, audience, placement, and stage in the funnel.
• Maintain campaign documentation, testing trackers, launch schedules, quality assurance checklists, naming conventions, UTM standards, and reporting protocols.
• Support measurement initiatives, including incrementality tests, geo tests, platform lift studies, holdout tests, attribution analysis, and cohort reporting.
• Prepare regular performance reports, insights summaries, test outcomes, and campaign performance updates for managers and cross-functional collaborators.
• Conduct quality assurance on tracking, attribution, pixels, conversion events, product feeds, landing URLs, UTMs, and campaign taxonomy to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with analytics, data science, and measurement partners to validate campaign data and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Assist in coordinating efforts with agencies, platform partners, and vendors, including campaign requests, asset delivery, performance follow-ups, billing inputs, and meeting preparation.
• Keep track of E platform updates, regional media trends, auction dynamics, competitive shifts, and performance benchmarks.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency, campaign quality assurance, reporting accuracy, creative testing methodologies, and execution speed.
• Proven experience in executing or supporting paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, or similar performance channels.
• A strong passion for campaign operations, performance analysis, creative testing, and process enhancement.
• Experience with E-specific platforms or similar regional paid media channels is highly preferred.
• Proficient campaign operations skills, including campaign setup, trafficking, quality assurance, budget pacing, naming conventions, tracking, and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with paid search, paid social, app acquisition, display advertising, retargeting, shopping campaigns, catalog ads, and feed-based advertising.
• Capability to analyze campaign performance and pinpoint practical optimization opportunities.
• Acquainted with key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, payback period, retention, and contribution margin.
• Experience in incrementality measurement, platform lift studies, holdout testing, geo testing, attribution analysis, or media mix measurement is preferred.
• Background in supporting creative testing and translating performance insights into clear creative learnings.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns, markets, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, dashboards, reporting tools, and campaign management platforms.
• Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across various markets, channels, campaigns, and stakeholders.
• Professional fluency or native-level proficiency in English is required.
• Professional fluency or native-level proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
