Growth Marketing Specialist – Display

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy, implementation, and enhancement of upper-funnel display advertising campaigns.

• Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies and vendors on a daily basis.

• Convert performance data into actionable insights.

• Manage the creative development process and oversee the display budget.

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including Creative, E-commerce, Analytics, and Paid Social.

• Communicate performance trends to leadership.

• Identify opportunities and lead significant optimizations for both existing and new campaigns.

• Support ad hoc projects or workflows in collaboration with internal teams.

• Assist in the strategy, planning, and execution of the testing roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferably Marketing, Economics, or Business Management).

• A minimum of 2 years of digital performance marketing experience within a media agency or retail company.

• At least 2 years of full-time experience managing display/programmatic campaigns, including tracking, planning, and reporting.

• Highly analytical, comfortable working with data sets, capable of conducting independent analysis, and adept at clearly communicating results to stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.

• Experience with high-growth consumer companies, preferably in retail or luxury e-commerce sectors.

• Familiarity with display DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.), their capabilities, and various buying methods (Programmatic, PMP, direct IO).

• Strong business acumen coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Omniture, or Tableau.
