📋 Description

• Execute and assist in the implementation of paid media campaigns across designated EU markets, which includes campaign setup, quality assurance, launching, monitoring, pacing, optimizing, and reporting.

• Oversee daily campaign operations on both global and EU-specific performance platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other pertinent regional paid media platforms.

• Establish campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, creative rotations, tracking parameters, and platform configurations in alignment with approved growth strategies.

• Conduct daily performance monitoring of campaigns to identify issues related to spending pace, delivery, tracking, creative fatigue, audience performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Aid in the optimization of paid media campaigns in relation to objectives such as new customer acquisition, revenue, ROAS, CAC, lifetime value (LTV), payback period, contribution margin, and conversion rates.

• Assist with budget pacing and provide recommendations for reallocating resources across markets, platforms, campaigns, ad groups, audiences, and creative assets.

• Support structured testing plans that encompass creative elements, audiences, bids, landing pages, campaign structures, offers, localization, and platform features.

• Coordinate the workflow for performance creative, which includes briefing, asset trafficking, localization, naming standards, version control, approvals, uploads, and post-launch performance assessment.

• Collaborate with creative, localization, and regional stakeholders to ensure advertisements are accurate, culturally relevant, compliant with platform standards, and aligned with performance testing requirements.

• Analyze performance creative by format, hook, message, offer, language, market, audience, placement, and stage in the sales funnel.

• Maintain comprehensive campaign documentation, testing trackers, launch calendars, quality assurance checklists, naming standards, UTM protocols, and reporting processes.

• Assist with measurement initiatives, including incrementality tests, geo tests, platform lift studies, holdout tests, attribution analysis, and cohort reporting.

• Prepare regular performance reports, insights summaries, test outcomes, and updates on campaign performance for managers and cross-functional partners.

• Conduct quality assurance on tracking, attribution, pixels, conversion events, product feeds, landing URLs, UTMs, and campaign categorization to ensure accurate reporting.

• Collaborate with analytics, data science, and measurement partners to verify campaign data and resolve reporting discrepancies.

• Facilitate coordination with agencies, platform partners, and vendors, including campaign requests, asset delivery, performance follow-ups, billing inputs, and meeting preparations.

• Keep abreast of platform updates, regional media trends, auction dynamics, competitive shifts, and performance benchmarks.

• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, campaign quality assurance, reporting accuracy, creative testing processes, and execution speed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in executing or supporting paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, or similar performance channels.

• Familiarity with EU-specific platforms or comparable regional paid media platforms is strongly preferred.

• Robust campaign operations skills encompassing campaign setup, trafficking, quality assurance, budget pacing, naming conventions, tracking, and performance reporting.

• Working knowledge of paid search, paid social, app acquisition, display, retargeting, shopping campaigns, catalog ads, and feed-based advertising.

• Ability to analyze campaign performance and pinpoint practical optimization opportunities.

• Familiarity with crucial performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, payback period, retention, and contribution margin.

• Experience with incrementality measurement, platform lift studies, holdout testing, geo testing, attribution analysis, or media mix measurement is preferred.

• Experience in supporting creative testing and articulating performance results into meaningful creative insights.

• Strong attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple campaigns, markets, deadlines, and stakeholders concurrently.

• Proficient in utilizing spreadsheets, dashboards, reporting tools, and campaign management platforms.

• Well-organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working across diverse markets, channels, campaigns, and stakeholders.

• Professional fluency or native-level proficiency in English is required.

• Professional fluency or native-level proficiency in German, French, Italian, Polish, or other European languages is strongly preferred.
