Growth Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and enhance email and SMS marketing campaigns using HubSpot or High Level.

• Oversee social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X.

• Maintain a content calendar that spans 30 days.

• Create graphics and edit short-form video content.

• Streamline workflows in Zapier to integrate HubSpot, Salesforce, and additional tools.

• Evaluate campaign outcomes utilizing Excel or Google Sheets.

• Provide actionable insights based on analysis.

• Work collaboratively with sales teams in South America.

• Document processes that can be replicated.

• Assist with lead engagement, support sales teams, and enhance brand presence across email, SMS, and social media channels.

• Fill out the application form and submit a video as the initial step in the interview process.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience with a contemporary CRM, ideally HubSpot.

• Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel marketing efforts across email, SMS, and social media platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Zapier or Make for automation.

• A portfolio showcasing at least two examples of design or video projects.

• Proficient data-analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Fluent in English.

• Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.

• Experience in an agency environment managing multiple brands is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney is beneficial.

• Background in recruiting or sourcing is a bonus.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for adjustments to email templates is a plus.

• Ability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
