This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including content, SEO, email, paid advertising, social media, partnerships, and additional acquisition methods.
• Crafting landing pages, blog articles, email sequences, social media posts, advertisement copy, video scripts, product messaging, and other marketing materials that encourage action.
• Enhancing website and funnel conversion rates through improved messaging, offers, calls to action, landing pages, and follow-up sequences.
• Conducting research on customers, competitors, keywords, communities, and channels to identify viable growth opportunities.
• Building and expanding audiences on platforms frequented by our customers.
• Conducting experiments rapidly, then utilizing data to determine what strategies to reinforce, modify, or discontinue.
• Monitoring marketing performance and providing clear reports on what is effective, what is not, and what the next steps should be.
• Collaborating with founders and operators on go-to-market strategies, positioning, launches, and user acquisition for newly acquired products.
• Leveraging AI tools effectively for research, drafting, ideation, analysis, and efficiency — while ensuring quality and sound judgment are maintained.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical marketing experience.
• Proficient written English. While you don’t need to sound American or British, your writing should be clear, persuasive, and professional.
• Demonstrable evidence of having produced marketing work that yielded results. Examples may include traffic increases, conversions, revenue generation, signups, leads, ranked content, audience growth, profitable ad campaigns, successful email campaigns, or a robust portfolio of published work.
• Comfort in working across multiple marketing areas. You are not required to be an expert in every channel, but should be able to quickly learn and execute in more than one area.
• Sound judgment regarding what is important. We prioritize results that propel the business forward over vanity metrics.
• A practical, self-motivated working style. You should be able to navigate challenges, make progress independently, and ask insightful questions when clarification is needed.
• Familiarity with basic marketing analytics. You should be capable of reviewing campaign performance, traffic, conversion rates, email metrics, or similar data and interpreting its significance.
• High ownership. If something isn't working, you proactively seek the next test rather than waiting for direction from others.
• Fully remote work, with a preference for candidates located in India, Pakistan, or the Philippines.
