This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• AchieveIt is seeking a versatile, data-oriented Growth Marketing Specialist to become part of our dynamic marketing team.
• Responsible for implementing multi-channel campaigns that drive the sales pipeline.
• Manage our digital presence and ensure the seamless execution of our events and webinars.
• Assist in creating and optimizing targeted web content to enhance organic traffic.
• Oversee our collaboration with our digital marketing agency and manage digital marketing analytics.
• Handle our social media platforms and support public relations initiatives.
• Coordinate the logistics and promotion for demand-generation webinars and industry events.
• Contribute to the development of a customer marketing strategy that fosters customer growth and retention.
• Support both inbound and outbound campaigns by ensuring all components are aligned and executed promptly.
• 2–4+ years of experience in a growth, digital, or integrated marketing position, ideally within a SaaS context.
• Enthusiastic about the impact of marketing and eager to introduce innovative ideas to AchieveIt.
• Established record of planning and executing successful events and marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management capabilities with the aptitude to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven capacity to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Familiarity with the strategic planning and strategy execution industry is desirable.
• Experience in marketing to governmental organizations is an advantage.
• Practical experience with Salesforce, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), WordPress, and Google Analytics. Must be tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms as our technology stack evolves.
• Knowledge of common AI tools and the ability to utilize them to drive results.
