This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard valuable Introducing Brokers (IBs) and strategic partners within the Brazilian region.
• Proactively seek and secure new individual and corporate clients through direct outreach and networking efforts.
• Maintain and enhance long-term relationships to guarantee partner loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
• Create, manage, and curate impactful social media profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) specifically designed for the Brazilian audience.
• Develop content calendars that align with global marketing objectives while remaining culturally relevant to the local market.
• Execute bold strategies to drive both organic and paid traffic from social platforms to our products and services.
• Optimize the conversion funnel to ensure that social media engagement translates into quantifiable revenue and active accounts.
• Serve as the official Brand Ambassador for Brazil, leveraging your personal brand to establish trust and credibility.
• Produce "face-of-the-brand" content (videos, webinars, and live sessions) to humanize our presence in the region.
• Utilize your professional network to create opportunities and secure high-level meetings.
• Native-level fluency in **Portuguese and professional proficiency in English.**
• Demonstrated success in **Business Development and Sales, particularly in the FX/CFD sector** within the Brazilian market.
• Proven experience in Social Media Management, digital content creation, and serving as a Brand representative.
• A strong existing personal brand or a comprehensive understanding of how to **cultivate digital influence and drive sales.**
• **In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian financial, tech, and FX/CFDs core market requirements.**
