This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of Growth & Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at Prio One, you will serve as the vital link between strategy and execution, ensuring that our vision translates into measurable outcomes.
• You will oversee external agencies, coordinate cross-channel efforts involving CRM, SEO, and Content, and guarantee that Prio One communicates with a consistent and authentic voice across all platforms.
• With an entrepreneurial mindset, you will creatively seek new customer acquisition strategies—even in a regulated environment where conventional playbooks may not apply—and you will take the initiative without waiting for prompts.
• You will recognize opportunities and drive them forward autonomously.
• Your success will be assessed based on the efficiency and sustainability of our customer growth at Prio One. All channels, content, and coordination activities will align with this objective.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a DTC, e-commerce, or agency setting.
• A demonstrated track record of growth and a robust scaling mindset are crucial.
• Experience in managing external agencies or working on the agency side, along with a solid understanding of paid social and search KPIs to critically evaluate performance.
• An entrepreneurial and growth-focused mentality; you think creatively, discover unconventional customer acquisition methods, and excel in categories where standard practices may not apply.
• You focus on building systems rather than merely executing tasks, implementing scheduling, AI, and automation tools effectively (e.g., Metricool, CapCut, Claude/ChatGPT, Looker Studio).
• Experience with camera work is advantageous; you should be comfortable discussing topics related to women's health.
• A self-directed and organized work style, with strong prioritization skills; you will coordinate and foster accountability within the team without becoming entangled in feedback loops.
• Proficiency in German and good command of English.
