• Take charge of Kin's paid social campaigns from start to finish — including audience targeting, bid strategies, ad concepts, and budget distribution — initially focusing on increasing expenditure on Meta while expanding to additional platforms as value is demonstrated.
• Create and enhance display and programmatic advertising campaigns throughout the Google Display Network and other pertinent placements, fostering awareness and consideration among targeted homeowner demographics with a strong focus on downstream conversion metrics.
• Spearhead Kin's remarketing and retargeting initiatives across paid social and display, building audience segments based on site interactions, quote progress, policy status, and price competitiveness to convert abandoned quotes into finalized policies.
• Establish audience strategies for both prospecting and retargeting efforts across paid social and display, showcasing a thorough understanding of Kin's target customer and the appropriate platform-specific tactics to employ.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative briefs and testing roadmaps, executing structured tests across copy, visuals, formats, and CTAs to continually enhance performance.
• Track campaign performance on a daily basis and implement data-driven optimizations to meet efficiency and volume objectives, working with Marketing Analytics to create reporting that provides meaningful, actionable insights on every test.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Organic Social, Product, Marketing Analytics, and Brand & Content to meet acquisition targets.
• Leverage LLMs, such as Claude, to expedite iteration and execution — transforming campaigns from concept to market more swiftly and improving performance analysis once campaigns are active.
• 4–7 years of experience in paid social, display, or digital media buying, preferably in a high-growth insurance or fintech setting.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, with at least 3 years of direct experience managing Meta campaigns and an understanding of auction dynamics, conversion tracking, and ad products.
• Experience with the Google Display Network and programmatic display advertising.
• Demonstrated success in increasing paid acquisition volume while optimizing CAC.
• Experience in developing and scaling remarketing and retargeting strategies across various channels, including audience segmentation (custom, lookalike, and behavioral).
• Strong analytical skills — adept at extracting and interpreting campaign data, and knowledgeable in incrementality, attribution, and CAC/LTV.
• Familiarity with pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
• Experience in crafting creative briefs and conducting structured creative and landing page tests.
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with Creative, Lifecycle Marketing, and Analytics; able to work independently and make decisions with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable utilizing AI and LLM tools to enhance workflow.
• Competitive salary and company equity through Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), granted as part of our standard compensation package and based on role and level.
• 401(k) plan with company matching up to 4% of eligible earnings.

• Paid parental leave, offering up to 14 weeks at full pay for birthing parents and 8 weeks at full pay for non-birthing parents.
• Opportunities for career mobility and internal growth throughout the organization.
• Professional development budgets for certifications, conferences, and learning opportunities, subject to management approval.
