Growth Marketing Manager – Meta Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Owner of Push Marketing. You will be responsible for the performance of our clients in paid social media channels (Meta, TikTok).

• Strategic focus, not just setup. You will devise and execute comprehensive growth strategies.

• Integration of AI. Collaborating with our AI Engineer, you will create innovative approaches — from campaigns to the post-click experience.

• Comprehensive perspective. You will optimize beyond the click, consistently considering conversion, the funnel, and the customer journey.

• Client leadership role. You will serve as a strategic point of contact and actively drive the success of your accounts.

• Data-driven approach. You will analyze, interpret, and derive actionable insights to scale performance.

• Creative collaboration. You will work closely with the creative team to enhance push performance.

• AI & tools proficiency. Extensive experience with AI tools — particularly Claude (co-work/Code), OpenClaw, or similar platforms.

• Focus on push marketing. In-depth expertise in Meta and TikTok advertising — you think beyond mere campaign management.

• Strategic mindset. You possess a holistic understanding of marketing and can derive clear actions from data.
