📋 Description

• Oversee paid media campaigns on a global scale and within MEA-specific performance platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other pertinent regional paid media outlets.

• Enhance campaigns in alignment with business objectives, including new customer acquisition, revenue growth, ROAS, CAC, LTV, contribution margin, conversion rates, and payback periods.

• Formulate budget allocation strategies across various markets, channels, campaigns, target audiences, and funnel stages based on performance metrics, incrementality, and growth potential.

• Spearhead performance creative testing across paid social, search, display, app, and regional media platforms.

• Collaborate with creative teams to design, test, and refine performance assets, including static ads, short-form videos, UGC-style content, localized messaging, promotional materials, landing page ideas, and app install assets.

• Create and manage structured testing roadmaps for audiences, bidding strategies, campaign frameworks, creative concepts, offers, landing pages, and optimization tactics specific to each platform.

• Assess campaign performance by market, channel, audience, creative type, product category, device, and customer segment to uncover scaling and efficiency opportunities.

• Direct measurement initiatives across attribution, incrementality, media mix insights, geo testing, holdout testing, lift studies, cohort analysis, and LTV-based optimization.

• Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to enhance performance reporting, attribution precision, incrementality assessment, and strategic decision-making frameworks.

• Review platform-reported performance against internal measurements, incrementality benchmarks, and business-level outcomes.

• Cultivate relationships with media platforms, regional paid media partners, and performance agencies to enhance campaign performance and access beta opportunities.

• Track performance trends, auction dynamics, competitive intensity, CPM/CPC/CVR variations, and platform changes across MEA markets.

• Present performance results, insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid media, or digital acquisition, ideally in eCommerce, marketplace, retail, consumer technology, subscription services, beauty, health and wellness, or mobile app sectors.

• Practical experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple MEA markets.

• In-depth platform knowledge of major global paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads.

• Familiarity with MEA-specific performance platforms or similar regional paid media channels.

• Strong grasp of paid search, paid social, app acquisition, display advertising, retargeting, shopping campaigns, feed-based ads, and marketplace media.

• Proven capacity to manage and optimize significant paid media budgets across various markets and channels.

• Excellent analytical skills with experience in measuring CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback periods, conversion rates, retention, contribution margin, and cohort performance.

• Experience with incrementality measurement techniques, including geo tests, conversion lift studies, holdout tests, matched market tests, or media mix modeling inputs.

• Strong understanding of attribution challenges, platform-reported bias, privacy changes, signal loss, and measurement trade-offs.

• Experience in developing creative testing frameworks and translating performance data into actionable creative strategies.

• Ability to evaluate creative performance based on hooks, messaging, offers, formats, audiences, localization, and funnel stages.

• Hands-on performance marketer with extensive knowledge of paid media platforms, regional MEA media ecosystems, creative testing, campaign optimization, and incrementality measurement.

• Highly analytical, adept at managing large budgets, and experienced in adapting performance strategies across diverse MEA markets.

• Professional fluency or native-level proficiency in English is required.

• Professional fluency or native-level proficiency in Arabic or Hebrew is preferred.
