Growth Marketing Manager – Lifecycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the retention and engagement journey for Phantom’s trading offerings.

• Create and implement data-driven push notifications, emails, and in-app messaging campaigns.

• Boost user engagement and revenue, promote product adoption, and minimize churn.

• Establish the comprehensive retention and engagement marketing strategy across push, email, and in-app channels.

• Determine success metrics, set priorities, and outline the future roadmap for trading products.

• Collaborate with the Lifecycle Lead on business objectives and communicate outcomes to product and growth leadership.

• Develop and implement intricate CRM campaigns and automation processes.

• Lead the lifecycle marketing experimentation roadmap in partnership with Data Science and Product teams.

• Work alongside Product teams to devise lifecycle strategies and automations for prediction markets, spot trading, and perpetual futures.

• Collaborate with Brand Design and Product Marketing to create branded experiences, content, and go-to-market initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in developing lifecycle/CRM programs from conception to execution.

• Significant experience in building and executing complex CRM campaigns involving multiple stakeholders.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Braze and other campaign creation platforms.

• Demonstrated understanding of enhancing retention and engagement in prediction markets or sports gaming sectors.

• Experience in consumer fintech and trading is advantageous.

• Strong proficiency in analytical tools and a solid grasp of experimentation principles.

• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.

• Experience in developing capabilities to enhance the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing.

• Excellent copywriting abilities and a creative mindset.
