This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• You will serve as our “Entrepreneur in Residence” for France.
• Your objective: establish Funzy as the premier brand for play furniture in the French market.
• You will develop frameworks, test, refine, and scale operations.
• You will integrate strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.
• In essence: you will be accountable for growth.
• Act as the Performance & Creative Strategy liaison to our Meta advertising agency.
• Brief new creative assets based on top-performing products in Germany.
• Adapt creatives to resonate with the French market.
• Proactively pinpoint new content requirements.
• Analyze hooks, creatives, and campaign frameworks.
• Engage in full-stack marketing: design and execute email campaigns (using Klaviyo).
• Create a structured CRM system for France.
• Identify and forge initial strategic partnerships and influencer relationships.
• Ensure our Shopify store is not only translated but also fully localized.
• Optimize user experiences and conversion rates.
• Modify product descriptions, ad copy, and email sequences.
• Ensure a unified brand experience.
• Conduct daily assessments of key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, hook rate).
• Generate clear recommendations for action.
• Identify trends and opportunities for scaling.
• Manage customer support independently during the initial phase.
• Detect customer pain points.
• Develop SOPs for future team structures.
• Document all processes to facilitate scaling.
• Hold full KPI responsibility for ROAS and new customer acquisition in France.
• Guarantee error-free, market-appropriate customer interactions.
• Create a scalable growth playbook.
• Prepare and organize a future local team.
• Business-fluent in French and German; native French preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within a D2C or e-commerce context.
• Strong grasp of Meta ads, creative development, and conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with Shopify and email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo).
• Proficient analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• High level of accountability and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Eagerness to be hands-on and contribute operationally.
