• Take charge of our direct-to-consumer patient acquisition strategy.
• Create and prioritize the experimentation roadmap for Google and Facebook/Meta advertising.
• Develop our influencer marketing strategy from the ground up.
• Manage the marketing performance dashboard.
• Oversee the design and optimization of landing pages and content experiences that drive conversions.
• Formulate the strategy for organic patient acquisition through SEO and AEO.
• Test and implement the latest AI tools and workflows to streamline and enhance the marketing pipeline.
• 6-10 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.
• Proven track record of managing agencies, freelancers, or vendors for campaign execution.
• Strong analytical skills.
• A mindset geared towards experimentation.
• Sufficient design sensibility to conceptualize a landing page and provide actionable feedback on creative elements.
• Excellent and concise communication skills, particularly in writing.
• A preference for speed and iteration.
• Curious about AI and willing to engage hands-on.
• Bonus points for experience in marketing to Medicare, senior, or caregiver demographics.
