This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take ownership of and enhance performance-oriented marketing efforts aimed at attracting and engaging B2B clients.
• Create and expand marketing funnels that successfully transition awareness into product adoption and sustained product usage.
• Oversee and continually refine PPC campaigns and lead-generation efforts while prioritizing CAC efficiency and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with external agencies and internal teams to ensure that marketing initiatives achieve measurable business results.
• Regularly assess campaign performance and customer acquisition processes.
• Leverage analytics and experimentation to discover growth opportunities and enhance acquisition effectiveness.
• Work in tandem with Product Owners to ensure marketing is seamlessly integrated into product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Assist in product launches by providing clear positioning, messaging, and strategic approaches.
• Offer market feedback and customer insights that inform product decisions and prioritization.
• Formulate marketing strategies for B2B products and services.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing with a strong emphasis on performance or growth marketing.
• Practical experience in launching and optimizing PPC campaigns.
• Proven track record in building and refining lead-generation funnels.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in working with performance metrics and marketing data.
• Experience at the intersection of marketing and product teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey marketing strategies and decisions.
• Capacity to work autonomously, identify growth opportunities, and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Experience in managing marketing initiatives from conception to execution.
• Comfort in a dynamic, high-expectation workplace.
• Preferred: Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or product-driven technology sectors.
• Preferred: Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
• Preferred: Understanding of SQL or experience working with marketing data in databases.
• Preferred: Experience in developing analytics systems for B2B products.
• Preferred: Interest in AI-driven marketing and data-informed growth strategies.
