Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the data-driven enhancement of the digital customer journey.

• Focused on converting current traffic and leads into qualified inquiries and fostering long-term customer relationships.

• Optimization of critical conversion elements (landing pages, forms, booking processes).

• Identification of drop-off points and friction areas through both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

• Development and prioritization of a CRO/Growth backlog, as well as executing A/B and UX testing.

• Technical execution of minor modifications (tracking, events, simple front-end enhancements).

• Analysis of user behavior utilizing analytics, heatmap, and session-recording tools.

• Creation of scalable growth strategies and assessment of new tools and methodologies.

• Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Content, Design, and Development teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in conversion optimization, growth marketing, digital analytics, or similar positions.

• Technical or analytical educational background (e.g., business informatics, computer science, data analytics, or equivalent).

• Strong comprehension of digital funnels, user behavior, and conversion psychology.

• Experience with testing and analysis tools (e.g., A/B testing, web analytics, user analysis).

• Capability to independently implement technical issues or to clearly specify them.

• Excellent analytical abilities and a methodical working approach.

• Language proficiency: German at a native level / English at least business fluent (negotiation level).
