📋 Description

• SplitMetrics is a worldwide software company that provides a suite of products and services designed to be a growth catalyst for leading mobile-first businesses across the globe.

• Your role will involve developing a growth engine that draws in enterprise-level clients.

• Concentrate solely on Upmarket and Enterprise Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to formulate strategies for the top 1% of applications and games.

• Establish insider partnerships with platforms such as Apple Ads, Google, Moloco, and AppsFlyer to initiate co-marketing campaigns.

• Convert service excellence into lead-generating assets through case studies, webinars, and industry reports.

• Collaborate closely with the Agency Sales Team to transform automated demand into substantial revenue.

• Deploy agents and workflows to streamline lead discovery and enhance personalized engagement.


⛳️ Requirements

• A builder mindset: You are a Growth Marketer fluent in "Systems," preferring to create agents over conducting manual research.

• Proficient in AI: You are at ease working with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, n8n, or similar agentic environments; experience with Vibecoding is a plus.

• Background in enterprise: You possess an understanding of the lengthy, trust-based dynamics of B2B lead generation for global service providers.

• Focus on impact: You prioritize the generation of pipeline over superficial metrics like "likes" or "impressions."
