This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Effectively increase paid search and social expenditure through swift creative iterations for Calendar Ecosystem products while meeting MER, CPA, and Contribution goals.
• Create a dynamic creative testing strategy that yields actionable business insights and guides the future creative roadmap and product positioning.
• Deliver clear, performance-driven creative briefs and constructive feedback that result in successful concepts and high creative success rates.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to explore and validate new marketing approaches based on customer insights.
• Oversee campaign structure, keyword strategy, and bidding practices to enhance CPA efficiency.
• Regularly analyze auction insights, impression share, and CPC trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Leverage platform data, third-party tools, and website analytics to inform decisions beyond in-platform metrics.
• Share key performance insights and provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
• 4–7 years of experience in a growth or performance marketing position with hands-on expertise in Meta and Google Ads.
• Proven experience in briefing creative teams and presenting data on creative performance.
• Demonstrated ability to scale budgets while achieving profitability and efficiency targets.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (MER, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Thumbstop).
• Knowledge of various marketing attribution methods, including MMM, MTA, and incrementality.
