Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee marketing funnels for performance marketing and SEO initiatives.

• Generate and prioritize hypotheses aimed at enhancing key metrics.

• Conduct experiments from start to finish: planning, launching, analyzing, and iterating through A/B tests.

• Develop personalized funnels tailored to various audiences and traffic sources.

• Collaborate closely with design, development, analytics, and product teams.

• Manage user expectations throughout the registration process and create a bridge between marketing and product.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in Growth, Product, Product Marketing, or CRO roles.

• Experience in conducting experiments and a strong understanding of A/B testing.

• Familiarity with UX principles and user research methodologies.

• Analytical skills and a confident ability to work with data.
