This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of pipeline generation and conversion metrics for designated brand(s) and/or product lines.
• Develop and lead the growth strategy, campaign roadmap, and experimentation framework aimed at achieving measurable revenue growth.
• Collaborate across various teams to implement demand generation campaigns, assess results, and drive significant business outcomes.
• Define and advocate for growth marketing strategies and the go-to-market vision for your brand(s).
• Propel demand and pipeline generation through paid, organic, and owned channels, enhancing lead volume, quality, and conversion rates.
• Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, employing A/B testing and growth experiments to refine strategies and discover new opportunities.
• Establish and elevate the brand as an industry thought leader, fostering recognition and connection through consistent, high-quality messaging.
• Efficiently manage the marketing budget, providing regular performance reports to monitor key growth metrics.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong emphasis on demand generation, digital channels, and content strategy & execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools and workflows, CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, Google Analytics, paid media tools (Google, Microsoft), paid social platforms (LinkedIn), SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and marketing automation solutions.
• Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense) along with knowledge of ABM processes, best practices, and campaign management is a considerable advantage.
• Proficient in data interpretation, KPI tracking, and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
• Strong communicator and collaborator, experienced in managing cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Passionate about A/B testing and conducting growth experiments to continuously optimize and expand marketing efforts.
