This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership of and expand Pactum's marketing-driven pipeline and website conversion from initial engagement to finalized deal.
• Develop a multi-channel demand generation engine utilizing paid social, PPC, intent display, account-based marketing (ABM), nurturing campaigns, and outbound strategies.
• Identify the ideal customer profile and collaborate with Sales to finalize the target account list.
• Construct and oversee the complete growth technology stack.
• Manage A/B testing and enhance conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, SDRs, and Alliances to navigate the MQL → SQL → won deal process.
• Experience as an AI-driven builder.
• Over 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation.
• Proficient in full-funnel strategies: ABM, paid media, outbound enrichment, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and nurturing.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or Marketo; skilled in Salesforce/CRM.
• Additional advantage if you possess experience with platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, or intent data solutions.
• Background in B2B enterprise or deep-tech SaaS.
• Experience with signal-based outbound methods using Clay or Apollo.
• Knowledge of pipeline events such as DPW or SIG.
