This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the company's Growth strategy with an emphasis on pipeline and revenue generation.
• Develop and enhance the customer acquisition, conversion, and expansion processes.
• Manage inbound and digital acquisition channels, assessing performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
• Establish processes and governance for Marketing Operations, ensuring data integrity, tracking, and automation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to construct the sales funnel and improve revenue predictability.
• Set objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and routines for performance monitoring.
• Drive experimentation and continuous testing initiatives, including growth loops, conversion rate optimization (CRO), campaigns, channels, and segmentations.
• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM), inbound marketing, and demand generation strategies.
• Ensure consistency between positioning, campaigns, channels, and commercial goals.
• Oversee the budget for the area and prioritize initiatives accordingly.
• Lead and grow the Growth team.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong capability to analyze metrics, integrate data, and formulate hypotheses (Analytics).
• Advanced understanding of paid traffic sources (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and SEO.
• Proficient in conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) systems (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics).
• Experience in Growth, Demand Generation, or Performance roles.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and achieving revenue objectives.
• Knowledge of the sales funnel and commercial operations.
• Experience with automation tools and data visibility solutions (Business Intelligence).
• Commitment to data-driven decision-making and fostering a data-driven culture.
• Willingness to engage with operations and closely track metrics.
• Understanding of how acquisition influences product and sales, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in managing teams and multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
