Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop unique content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Reddit, and various audience channels.

• Cultivate and enhance Jupiter’s visibility within mortgage and loan officer communities online.

• Discover potential leads through community interaction and integrate them into the sales funnel.

• Strategize and implement top-of-funnel campaigns designed to generate leads and position Jupiter as a valuable resource for independent loan officers.

• Construct and oversee HubSpot workflows, which include lead scoring, segmentation, landing pages, forms, and email sequences.

• Manage paid digital marketing campaigns on Meta, Reddit, and Google, focusing on MQL generation.

• Monitor pipeline performance and lead quality, making necessary adjustments to campaigns.

• Represent Jupiter at industry events and conferences, primarily in the U.S., with some attendance at Canadian events.

• Take ownership of campaigns from inception to completion, including development, optimization, and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong and creative portfolio showcasing examples of content created, such as social media posts, reels, short-form videos, or community-building efforts.

• Proven experience in managing top-of-funnel targets and explaining the strategies employed to achieve them.

• Practical experience running paid advertisements on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit.

• Capability to independently launch and optimize paid campaigns.

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot.

• Proficiency in creating a HubSpot landing page or workflow independently.

• Must be eligible to travel to the United States.

• Must currently reside in Canada.

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
