Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Propel user growth, engagement, and conversion on our social media channels (Twitter, Discord, Telegram).

• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and developments across our social media platforms.

• Monitor user interests and feedback to generate demand.

• Create compelling and performance-oriented social media content.

• Identify and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers to enhance user engagement and conversion.

• Strategize and execute Web3 marketing campaigns, including reward-based initiatives, KOL collaborations, and partner co-marketing efforts.

• Cultivate an engaging and positive atmosphere within our online community.

• Oversee community discussions, ensuring seamless daily interactions.

• Deliver customer support, effectively addressing community inquiries and issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three (3+) years of growth marketing experience in a Web3/blockchain company (preferably in a startup setting) focusing on digital channels, especially mobile and social media.

• Practical experience in crafting persuasive and conversion-focused marketing promotions across various digital formats, including web, email, social media, online communities (KOL/influencer), and video.

• Proven success in scaling user growth on platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.

• Capability to address user inquiries and disputes tactfully and effectively within a 24-hour timeframe.

• Knowledge of performance marketing, data analytics, and reporting, including tools such as SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.

• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration abilities, with a knack for working effectively across global teams in varying time zones.
