This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive acquisition and activation strategy that draws candidates to our platform.
• Develop and implement campaigns across various lifecycle, conversion, and activation channels.
• Collaborate closely with the owner of paid channels to ensure alignment on audience targeting, timing, and messaging.
• Work in partnership with the Product team to enhance in-platform conversion rates.
• Utilize data to make swift decisions regarding effective strategies and areas needing improvement.
• Create and manage segmented nurture flows within our marketing automation system.
• Oversee email acquisition initiatives from start to finish, including list strategy, segmentation, copywriting, and performance analysis.
• Manage candidate-facing acquisition pages: writing copy, setting up tracking, and conducting conversion tests.
• Design lifecycle interventions aimed at boosting activation rates.
• Establish the tracking and attribution framework that connects advertising expenditure to activation and placement.
• Present results with clear insights and recommendations for future actions.
• Leverage AI tools to expedite audience research, creative development, and campaign iterations.
• High School Diploma, GED / GSCEs / A Levels, or equivalent qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but can be replaced with relevant experience.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with direct, hands-on responsibility for lifecycle and email programs.
• Proven track record of collaborating closely with paid acquisition teams.
• Experience in managing budgets, creating campaigns from the ground up, and reporting results independently of an agency.
• Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools as a fundamental aspect of your marketing processes.
• Background in a two-sided marketplace, platform product, or any setting where users must complete steps post-registration to derive value.
• Understanding of funnel drop-off, lifecycle stages, and the intersection of marketing with product and onboarding.
• Experience in developing audience personas or ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and translating them into unique campaign strategies.
