Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and positioning for each SaaS product.

• Optimize onboarding processes to enhance activation rates and minimize early-stage drop-off.

• Develop and uphold consistent messaging across the website, product, and sales channels.

• Design and execute growth experiments aimed at achieving measurable improvements in conversion rates.

• Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to pinpoint optimization opportunities.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the user experience.

• Support both inbound and outbound marketing efforts.

• Enhance the performance of freemium, trial, and demo-based funnels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS growth marketing, product marketing, or lifecycle marketing.

• Strong grasp of product-led growth (PLG) principles.

• Proven track record of working closely with product and engineering teams.

• Data-driven approach with practical experience in conducting A/B tests and experiments.

• Exceptional copywriting and messaging capabilities.

• Experience in optimizing user onboarding and activation processes.

• Familiarity with HighLevel CRM is preferred.

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Meet).

• Experience with Slack.

• Background in early-stage or scaling SaaS environments.

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

• Experience working across various products or verticals.

• Background in supporting both inbound and outbound growth strategies.
