Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel digital growth strategies

• Create scalable systems for lead generation and customer acquisition

• Optimize customer acquisition costs while ensuring high-quality leads

• Assist in annual marketing planning and the execution of campaigns

• Plan, implement, allocate budgets, segment audiences, optimize bids, monitor performance, report findings, and consistently conduct A/B testing for paid acquisition campaigns

• Design and oversee marketing automation workflows

• Create and maintain marketing dashboards and performance analytics

• Analyze campaign and customer data to uncover growth opportunities

• Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance websites and other digital platforms

• Work closely with senior management to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business and revenue goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 6 years of experience

• Extensive experience in digital growth marketing, performance marketing, and lead generation

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing

• Significant hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Zapier / Make is highly preferred

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, PropTech, E-commerce, Digital Marketplaces, Real Estate, or Financial Services is highly desirable

• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is a plus
