This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop a long-term growth strategy for Fresh Prints’ most valuable accounts.

• Establish how the business should identify, segment, prioritize, invest in, retain, and expand those accounts over time.

• Create a strategy that remains effective as student leaders, decision-makers, buying committees, and internal account owners change.

• Leverage customer insights, account data, and commercial judgment to pinpoint opportunities that could significantly enhance account value across the organization.

• Influence decisions regarding sales motions, customer experience, and account coverage when necessary to facilitate growth.

• Take charge of translating the strategy from concept to actual company operations.

• Utilize AI, automation, processes, and disciplined prioritization to operate as if part of a much larger team.

• Collaborate with Sales, BDM, Campus Manager leadership, Marketing, Creative, Data, and Operations to convert the strategy into actionable steps, ownership, and operational rhythms.

• Develop systems, decision rules, and playbooks that enable teams to implement the strategy effectively without needing your constant oversight.

• Represent account growth and retention in high-level executive discussions.

• Present a clear, evidence-based perspective on where the company should invest, what it should cease doing, and what transformations are necessary.

• Evaluate success based on changes in retention, expansion, and account value, rather than just campaign execution or short-term engagement metrics.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing, growth strategy, customer strategy, revenue strategy, or a similar strategic position.

• Proven track record of achieving significant, measurable enhancements in account growth, retention, expansion, or customer value.

• Demonstrated ability to build a new strategy, capability, or operating model, rather than merely managing an existing function.

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to integrate customer insights, data, and business economics.

• Experience in driving significant outcomes across teams without relying on formal authority.

• Excellent executive communication skills, including presenting recommendations, challenging assumptions, and obtaining senior-level support.

• Ability to operate amid ambiguity, establish direction without precedent, and be accountable for results in the absence of an existing playbook.
